Franklin balls are used by practitioners of Pilates, Yoga, physical therapists as well as dancers. You can use them to self-massage and release tension in your back, neck/shoulders and leg muscles. The Franklin mini-roller ball can be used whether you are lying, standing or sitting on the floor. Simply use the ball as a ball bearing/pivot to create more movement and guide the massaging action to the exact area you need to increase the speed of your recovery. This can help to reduce inflammation as you will have less muscle tension through stretching and strengthening.

All postage costs are calculated for products being shipped within the United Kingdom. Please note, we do not deliver Internationally.
Postage of lighter items £4.95. These items will be sent by Royal Mail or courier service, higher value orders may need to be signed for.
Postage of heavier items (over 10kg) e.g. Saddle Stools £10.95

We often send items out in 1-2 working days but ask you to allow up to 5 working days in case items are sent directly from our suppliers/manufacturers as this can result in a slight time delay.
