The Franklin ball method effectively helps you to get in touch with your own body, strengthen and release targeted areas of your body. This pack includes everything that you need to do all of the exercises featured in the Happy Feet book. These exercises particularly focus on your feet, knees and legs as well as your upper back/spine. With Eric Franklin’s roots firmly placed in Pilates it also covers exercises such as the Pilates roll down.
Each back contains: 1 x Happy feet book 1 x Pair textured Franklin balls 10cm (green) 1 x Pair smooth Franklin balls 10cm (orange) 1 x Franklin ball mini roller 1 x Sissel Resistance band 7.5cm wide x 2 metres long (choose the strength in the drop down menu)
