The foam of the Harley wedge cushion for coccyx pain is slightly firmer than the Putnams coccyx wedge.  It is still very comfortable.

Harley Wedge For Coccyx Pain Options

The Designer 8 degree wedge has a memory foam top layer (product with the red lines in our images).  The dimensions for this are:

36x36x7cm (14 x 14 x 2.75")

and the 11 degree wedge this is a black wedge (no red line) and is just made from standard foam.  Its dimensions are:

36x36x10cm (14x14x4")

What Is The Difference?

The main difference between an 11 degree wedge and an 8 degree wedge is that the steeper angle encourages you to sit up more.  Your pelvis will be at a steeper angle so this means your back and stomach muscles will be working more.  This is known as active sitting.  All of the correct muscles to encourage a stronger and healthier back will be working away whilst you sit.  Over time this can naturally encourage better posture.

Postage of lighter items £4.95. These items will be sent by Royal Mail or courier service, higher value orders may need to be signed for.
